Writing and creating content underpins pretty much everything I do. All my material is bespoke, written following close liaison with my clients, designed to directly meet their needs and always delivered to deadlines.
My award-winning writing includes book authorship, content writing, feature writing, series writing, curriculum writing, teacher support notes, schemes of work, lesson plans and PSHE resources with the roots of all I do based on thorough research in order to produce fresh, up to date PSHE/RSHE content.
I have had the pleasure of working with some terrific teams, some of these being private companies, others being household names. Examples include: Harper Collins Publishers; developing handbooks to support quality PSHE teaching (and to which I have been accredited with two wellbeing writing awards to date), and Aquila Children’s Magazine, where I have, and continue to have, the pleasure of being their resident ‘Life Expert’ – writing and supporting their worldwide readership of 30,000 on many tricky aspects of growing up.
I write for both print and online platforms and am happy to edit, review or refresh outdated or new PSHE/RSHE resources.
Though my writing is predominantly non-fiction, in the little spare time I have, I enjoy writing fiction and am currently working on books for Young Adults with PSHE/RSHE themes.
