In a world flooded with sexual images and accessible, explicit online material there has never been a more important time for accurate, high quality, factual, age appropriate relationships and sex education for our children and young people.
Alongside the important areas of relationships, puberty, sex, consent and sexual health, the rich and diverse world of gender, sexuality and sexual relationships also needs to be taught and understood so that young people can identify and feel comfortable with their own bodies and their own sexuality whilst also respecting others for theirs.
In my Relationships and Sex sessions I work closely with parents, carers and educational establishments, to develop a program that is written specifically with their children or young people in mind. All my work is in line with current governmental statutory guidance and based on current research.
