Consulting

Supporting my colleagues across a variety of educational fields, on all things PSHE, is both a privilege and a vital element of my work. You will find my support and content across a breadth of educational establishments’ resources; large organisations, educational trusts, companies, charities and institutions.

Examples include BBC Education – The Bitesize daily program; PSHE GCSE – ‘Football, Prince William and Our Mental Health’, ‘Mimi on a Mission; Sex Ed’ and ‘Is this Sexual Harassment?’  and Primary RSE KS2 – ‘The Big Talk’ (in which I was involved from pitch through to filming – both in front and behind the camera.)

Charity and institutional collaborations include the National Deaf Children’s Society, The Ben Kinsella Trust and the Institute of Physics and of course many fantastic schools, Colleges, Universities and Educational Trusts.

I also support many private clients – reviewing, advising, guiding or planning on a great range of projects for them. Whether it be media companies’ pitches, collaborating on funded projects or advising on appropriateness and content development, I am happy to assist.

If you need help on the how? What? When? Or on anything related to PSHE or RSHE I am always here and always interested to collaborate on new innovative projects.

Testimonials

I had the privilege of working with Kate when as chair for the Learning Primary vote, I invited her onto the voting panel for the 2012 BAFTA Children’s Awards. Kate’s knowledge, insight and obvious passion proved invaluable in what proved to be a tough awards category. The entire panel looked to Kate when it came to the final decision… Which was totally the right one. It soon became apparent that Kate’s instinctive and communicative skills were something we would gladly call on again. Thank you Kate.

“It was both a positive and helpful experience to have Kate consult with us both as a department and school. As a result we had a successful compliance inspection into which Kate had great input.”
